The camp provides structured riding lessons tailored to various skill levels, teaching campers essential equestrian skills such as balance, posture, and riding techniques. Children also engage in grooming, feeding, and training horses, fostering a sense of responsibility and accomplishment.

Their sleepover camp is not included in package plans, however package members will receive early invitations before it opens to general registration.

Get ready for an exciting week of Western riding, rodeo games, and horse-powered adventure! Our Summer Rodeo Camp at Cast No Shadows is designed for riders who want to experience the thrill of rodeo-style riding while building confidence, skills, and teamwork.

Campers will learn and practice classic rodeo-style activities in a safe, supportive environment, including:
🤠 Barrel Racing
🏇 Pole Bending
🎯 Keyhole Races
🪢 Intro to Roping & Rodeo Games
🐎 Horse Handling & Western Riding Skills

Throughout the week, riders will improve their balance, control, and horsemanship while enjoying friendly competition and lots of laughs. Our experienced instructors guide campers through each activity so riders of all levels can participate and feel successful.
Whether your child is brand new to horses or already loves riding, Rodeo Camp is an action-packed way to spend summer at the barn.

Horsemanship Camp

Our Summer Horsemanship Camp is designed for riders who want to truly understand horses while developing strong riding skills and confidence in the saddle.

Campers will spend the week learning both riding and horse care, gaining hands-on experience that builds real horsemanship and responsibility. Riders will work closely with our instructors and horses in a supportive, fun environment where learning happens naturally through daily interaction with the animals.

Throughout the week, campers will participate in:

🧹 Grooming, Tacking & Horse Care
🧠 Horsemanship Knowledge & Barn Skills

This camp focuses on helping riders become confident, capable horse people, not just riders. Whether your child is new to horses or already riding regularly, our instructors tailor activities so every camper grows their skills.
Campers leave the week with stronger riding ability, deeper horse knowledge, and a greater sense of confidence around horses.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before camp session start date. Cancellation with less than 24 hours before camp session start date is a flat $50 fee.

Classes and events are subject to change or cancel without notice.
